The CRG Story
CRG Plumbing & Maintenance is a locally owned business built on a simple but powerful belief: that honesty and quality have a place in the trades industry, and that every customer deserves both.
CRG was established in 2010 by director Cameron Garcia, a qualified tradesman with over 15 years of industry experience. Cameron’s background spans the full breadth of the plumbing trade, from his early apprenticeship days through to maintaining all plumbing operations at Sydney’s iconic Taronga Zoo, and later with a well-established Sydney plumbing company, building deep expertise across residential, maintenance, and commercial work.
That experience is embedded in how CRG operates today. Cameron’s industry knowledge informs every decision made at CRG, from the materials used on every job, to the qualifications required of every team member, to the way every customer is treated from the first phone call.
What started as a single-operator business has grown into a trusted local plumbing company, serving residential and commercial clients across the Macarthur region and greater Sydney.
Vision & Mission
CRG’s vision is to be recognised as the most trusted and valuable plumbing provider in the Macarthur region, known for quality, honesty, and service that genuinely exceeds expectations.
In practice, that means:
- Fixing the job right the first time, every time
- Using quality materials that comply with all relevant Australian Standards and manufacturer requirements
- Treating every customer’s property with the same care we would give our own
- Being on time, transparent, and honest about what needs to be done and what it will cost
- Giving back to the community, because goodwill is worth more than short-term gain
Meet the Team
CRG is a tight-knit, professional team built around the values established from day one. Every team member is qualified, police checked, and committed to delivering the CRG standard on every job.
Cameron Garcia, Company Director & Qualified Tradesman
Cameron founded CRG in 2010 after building his expertise across some of Sydney’s most demanding plumbing environments. His career includes maintaining all plumbing operations at Taronga Zoo, one of Australia’s most complex and iconic facilities, and senior roles with established Sydney plumbing companies.
As a qualified tradesman and company director, Cameron brings the technical knowledge and industry standards that define how CRG operates. His commitment to quality and getting things right the first time runs through every aspect of the business.
John Panozzo, Senior Plumber
John joined CRG in early 2015 and has been a cornerstone of the team ever since.
He brings extensive experience across both maintenance and construction plumbing, and is fully licensed across drainage, gas fitting, and hot water systems.
As Senior Plumber, John leads on-site work across CRG’s residential and commercial jobs.
His professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are exactly what clients expect from CRG, and John delivers that standard every time.
Renee Garcia, Administration & Marketing Manager
Renee manages all day-to-day administration including customer inquiries, scheduling, invoicing, and marketing. Her work is what makes the customer experience feel seamless from the first call to the final invoice.
Always looking for new ways to grow the CRG name and profile, Renee brings the same commitment to quality and customer care that defines everything CRG does.
Qualifications & Accreditations
CRG Plumbing & Maintenance holds qualifications well beyond the standard plumbing licence. This isn’t just a box-ticking exercise. It reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and ensuring CRG can take on the full range of residential and commercial work, safely and to the highest standard.
- Plumbing, drainage, gas fitting, LP gas fitting and roof plumbing trade certificate
The full suite of NSW trade certificates covering every category of plumbing work. Not all plumbers hold all of these. CRG does.
- Gas licence
Licensed to carry out gas fitting work on natural gas and LPG systems, including installation, repair, and compliance testing of gas appliances and pipework.
- Working at heights certificate
Required for any plumbing work on roofs, elevated structures, or multi-storey buildings. Ensures safe working practices at height in both residential and commercial environments.
- Construction induction card (White Card)
The mandatory safety certification for working on any construction site in Australia. Essential for CRG’s commercial and new build work.
- Confined space accreditation, Sydney Water
Specialist accreditation for working in confined spaces such as underground pits, tanks, manholes, and service tunnels. A significant certification that opens up complex infrastructure and commercial work that most plumbers are not qualified to take on.
- Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) & Backflow Prevention Device accreditation
TMVs are safety devices that regulate hot water temperature to prevent scalding, required in aged care, childcare, and healthcare facilities. Accreditation to install, commission, test, and service these devices is a specialised qualification required for aged care, commercial, and public building work.
- Police check
All CRG team members have current police clearances, giving residential and commercial clients confidence that the people entering their premises are verified and trustworthy.
- Working with children certificate
Mandatory for any tradesperson working in environments where children are present, including schools, childcare centres, and family homes. CRG holds current Working with Children checks for all relevant team members.
- Disconnect/Reconnect certification
Authorises CRG to disconnect and reconnect gas and water services, a requirement for appliance replacements, renovations, and certain repair works that requires specific additional certification beyond a standard plumbing licence.
CRG is also certified and registered with:
- TAFE NSW
- Ebix
- BNG Conserve
- NSW Government Procure Point
- Office of the Children’s Guardian
- Greencap/CM3 Certified
These registrations are not automatic. Each requires CRG to demonstrate compliance with specific standards, insurance requirements, and safety practices. They are particularly important for tendering commercial and government contracts, and give clients an additional layer of confidence in CRG’s professionalism and accountability.
Service Area
CRG services the full Macarthur region and greater Sydney, with a primary focus on Campbelltown, Narellan, Liverpool, and surrounding suburbs.
Commercial clients receive 24-hour, 7-day emergency support across the full service area. No job is too small for residential customers, and no commercial contract is too complex.
